Responsibilities
* Develop and implement cost control policies aligned with business objectives* Lead the establishment of standard cost methodologies for all production processes* Define cost structures per SKU, per customer, and per region, ensuring alignment with SCM strategies* Conduct cost benchmarking and forecasting to improve cost-efficiency* Oversee variance analysis frameworks, ensuring integration with budgeting and forecasting* Drive decision-making based on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial insights* Ensure timely reporting of cost variances and drive corrective action plans with operations and finance teams* Maintain cost forecasting accuracy of >95% and budget variance 3% annual reduction in operating expenses)* Lead process standardization initiatives for production cost control across multiple sites* Ensure ERP systems and financial models reflect actual cost data with high accuracy* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and digitalization in cost reporting* Develop and enforce internal financial controls to safeguard company assets* Act as the key finance partner for operations, supply chain, and finance executives* Drive a culture of cost awareness across operational teams* Mentor and oversee the Operations Cost Control Associate, ensuring professional development* Send weekly accomplishment reports to superiors that contain updates on priority projects, KPIs, critical issues encountered and resolved or pending actions, and contributions towards the Strategic Planning program of SCM*
