About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef (International/Italian Cuisine) to join our team at HOLA PARADE. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of international and Italian dishes to the highest standards.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international or Italian cuisine setting.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
