We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Digital Data Clerk. As a key member of our RSG Data Keying team, you will be responsible for capturing traffic accident information and maintaining accuracy and efficiency in our data entry system.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill set instructions and processes to complete work with high precision.
- Identify problems and assess each using standard procedures to make sound decisions.
- Perform routine tasks following specific instructions or under supervision.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
- Demonstrate high level of concentration and focus during repetitive tasks.
- Understand how assigned duties relate to others in the team and integrate with other teams effectively.
- Possess basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college with no back subjects/incomplete units.
- 45 Words Per Minute typing speed with accuracy of 90%.
- Able to follow compliance requirements for data and information security.
- English communication skills not necessary but good to have.
- Willingness to work in flexible/rotating schedule including weekends depending on business needs.
