As a Site Director, Call Center Operations at NTT Business Process Outsourcing, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced contact center environment. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of our contact center, including overseeing the operating systems, policies and procedures, organizational structure, and information flow.

We're seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in contact center operations, preferably with a degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire a team, and a talent for developing effective solutions to complex problems.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving operational excellence in the contact center, including managing resources effectively to meet service level objectives and contact center KPIs.
  • Establishing methodologies and processes to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of complex cross-functional deliverables.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Contact Center Operations Managers.
