Project Coordinator - Estate Planning and Probate

A highly organized and motivated individual is sought to fill the role of Project Coordinator in a solo legal practice serving clients across New York and New Jersey. Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and Convert Existing Files: The successful candidate will audit and convert existing open files into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Build and Maintain Documentation: The project coordinator will build and maintain internal documentation for project status reviews.
  • Create External Updates: They will create and manage external-facing status updates for clients.
  • Manage Client Communication: As the primary point of contact for clients, the project coordinator will deliver proactive updates on a consistent schedule.
  • Ensure Smooth Coordination: They will ensure smooth coordination across all active matters and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Project Management Tools Experience: Recent experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms) is required.
  • Proven Background: A proven background in project management, office administration, or operations is necessary.
