About the Role:

This HR Generalist will be responsible for source and recruit candidates to ensure labor availability at all times, screen job applicants based on client requirements and facilitate deployment, address employee queries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner, conduct weekly store and client visits, ensure service billings are sent to clients and facilitate check collections, conduct periodic performance appraisals, and implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month, flexible schedule, flexible time off, health insurance, opportunities for promotion, paid toll fees, paid training, pay raise, and promotion to permanent employee.
