Key Role

This is an ideal role for a proactive and highly organized marketing professional who can support a 6-week website rebuild project and execute ongoing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of a 6-week website rebuild project by coordinating tasks with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and schedule content for LinkedIn (main focus) and EDM campaigns.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver materials on time and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Manage timelines to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role, with proven skills in content coordination and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
