About Sustainable Tourism & Events Specialist

Regenerative travel and events company is looking for a highly skilled professional to support their growth across global B2B markets by generating agency leads, setting appointments, and creating content that resonates with their mission.

This hybrid role will involve lead generation and creative marketing, requiring someone who can thrive in both areas. Reporting to the Founder and Head of Marketing, this high-ownership role is ideal for someone who's proactive, organized, and passionate about sustainable tourism and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Appointment Setting (50%)

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn to introduce the company's offerings.

  • Set and confirm intro calls between qualified partners and the Founder.

  • Track all engagement, follow-ups, and notes using CRM platforms.

  • Contribute to copywriting and optimization of outreach campaigns.

Digital Marketing and Content Support

  • Draft social media posts, newsletters, and content for B2B and agency audiences.

  • Repurpose photos, testimonials, and itineraries into branded marketing assets.

  • Assist with campaign scheduling via tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and Buffer.

  • Maintain visual consistency across decks, one-pagers, and digital assets.

  • Monitor content performance and support monthly reporting on engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in a marketing assistant, virtual support, or business development coordinator role.

  • Strong experience in content writing - someone who can write well and support marketing channels.

  • Excellent written English and ability to adjust tone for different audiences.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Canva, and Mailchimp.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks independently.

  • Bonus: Experience in travel, hospitality, sustainability, or purpose-driven brands.
