We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Data Management Specialist to join our team at East-West Seed. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales data and providing insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities:- The Sales Data Management Specialist will be responsible for preparing and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- This role involves working closely with Sales Supervisors & Representatives to provide them with sales data and other related reports to support their sales performances.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing bidding documents and updating/monitoring them.
- Additionally, this role involves attending/participating in pre-bid conferences and openings of bidding.
- The Sales Data Management Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating and processing requested documents for government transactions.
- This role involves handling the computation and monitoring of all government sales data per account.
- The Sales Data Management Specialist will also be responsible for providing certificates of distributorship as requested by Sales Supervisors & Representatives.
- Furthermore, this role involves facilitating the approval of copies of the Trading Term Agreements and filing of Sales important documents.
- Lastly, the successful candidate will provide and compute all the data for quarterly sales incentives and annual/presidential awards.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness, Economics, Marketing or Business Management, or allied courses is required.
- Computer literacy, particularly in Google Suite and MS Office, is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino are necessary.
- A minimum of 5 years solid experience in sales and marketing is required.
- Willingness to travel and work in Bulacan is a must.
