About the Role

This is a senior-level position within RGP Philippines, focusing on leading the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will oversee key financial processes, including procurement, general accounting, and financial reporting.

As a member of the finance operations leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with worldwide procedures, managing risks, and fostering collaborative relationships with essential functions such as Legal Entity Accounting, Supply Chain Finance, and Invoice to Cash teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all activities related to Interface Reconciliations, resolving interface issues, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across different accounting and ERP systems.
  • Manage global financial reporting activities, including preparation of financial statements, trial balances, and close procedures.
  • Lead global Procurement & General Accounting activities, including GRIR (goods receipt/invoice receipt) activities and procurement accruals, as well as manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Implement, monitor, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Serve as the company expert in Interface Reconciliations, Procurement & General Accounting & Financial Reporting, ensuring consistency of accounting treatment and driving deep expertise across the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's level degree or equivalent in accounting or finance.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to frame clear and concise communication across relevant stakeholders.
  • Be open to new ideas, rapid change, and embracing new technologies.
