**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our onboarding and compliance efforts as the US Compliance and Onboarding Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the credentialing process, including collecting, reviewing, and validating documents.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team of specialists in verifying candidates' credentials for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the credentialing process, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Evaluate application and verification information to identify potential issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of provider information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, credentialing, or regulatory affairs, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
