  • Collaborating with the Data Protection Officer and other team members to manage legal matters related to privacy and data protection.
  • Negotiating agreements and resolving disputes concerning privacy and data protection matters.
  • Assisting in the management of personal data breaches and major cyber-related incidents, including providing legal opinions and submitting necessary reports.
  • Reviewing, negotiating, and incorporating applicable privacy and data protection agreements.
  • Instructing the dispute resolution team and ensuring the resolution of cases involving privacy and data protection.
  • Assessing, managing, and evaluating security incidents involving personal data.
  • Coordinating with affiliates and partners to ensure global compliance with privacy and data protection laws.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as regulators, industry groups, and privacy advocates.
  • Facilitating regular training and awareness sessions for the legal and dispute resolution teams on evolving privacy laws and best practices.
