Job Overview

This is a high-performing position that requires strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and enthusiasm about brand development and market dynamics. You'll work closely with our seasoned brand teams, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of building and growing a brand.

Responsibilities - First Year
  • Brand Incubation: Participate in the initial stages of brand creation
  • Market Research: Conduct initial product and market research, collaborating with the brand team
  • Brand Development: Work closely with the brand team to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy
  • Launch: Assist in the launch of the brand, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry
  • Scaling: Actively contribute to the growth and expansion of the brand
Team Assignment After Year One

After completing their first year, you'll be assigned to either the Brand Incubation Team or the Brand Scaling Team:

  • Brand Incubation Team: Focus on launching new sets of brands, applying learned experience in brand creation and market introduction
  • Brand Scaling Team: Focus on strategies and activities that contribute to the growth and expansion of established brands
Key Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing Management, Finance/Accounting, Management Engineering, or equivalent
  • Professional Experience: Not required, but previous experience in marketing, business development, or related fields is advantageous
  • Skills and Qualities:
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Enthusiastic about brand development and market dynamics
    • Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment
