Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of data infrastructure, ensuring high quality, performance, and reliability.

This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques to support the organization's data-driven initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices for data governance and security, and optimizing database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support data integration, transformation, and loading from various sources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient data models and structures
  • Implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and data security to ensure compliance and integrity of the data infrastructure
  • Optimize and tune database systems and queries for performance and scalability
  • Lead and mentor junior data engineers, providing guidance and expertise in data engineering best practices
