Responsibilities
  1. Client Communication & Coordination:
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide regular updates on application status.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and mortgage brokers.
  • Assist clients in gathering necessary documents for loan applications.
Document Preparation & Organization:
  • Assist in preparing and organizing loan application packages and supporting documents.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of client documentation, including income statements, credit reports, and property information.
  • Maintain digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
Administrative Support:
  • Enter client information into relevant mortgage processing systems.
  • Prepare loan applications, forms, and other documentation as required by mortgage brokers.
  • Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely loan processing.
Loan Processing Support:
  • Monitor and track loan application progress through underwriting and approval stages.
  • Support the completion of additional documentation or information requests.
  • Coordinate pricing requests and valuations related to loan preparation and customer support.
  • Ensure timely submission of necessary paperwork from clients and lenders.
Database and Record Maintenance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
Other Duties as Assigned:
  • Provide general administrative support to the mortgage team, including filing, faxing, scanning, and email correspondence.
  • Support marketing and client outreach efforts as directed by the mortgage broker.
