Job Description

This position involves the management of accounts receivable, including daily cash posting from various banks and financial institutions. The role also encompasses daily posting from multiple lock boxes, as well as month-to-month or week-to-week cash to accounting reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will design a complete reconciliation process around the lock box process and report on cash receipts and volume. Additionally, they will update and maintain customer remittance information when reviewing remittance details and perform account reconciliations, investigate and resolve inquiries or discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, including collections and contract management; industry experience in IT services is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, and ConnectWise.
  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented, goal-driven, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communicator with problem-solving abilities; committed to high-quality customer service; collaborative team player.
