Customer Fulfillment Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Customer Fulfillment team. As a Customer Fulfillment Professional, you will be responsible for accurately and timely receiving and processing customer orders for a portfolio of accounts, as well as resolving internal and external customer queries.

About the Role:

  • Accurately and timely receive and process customer orders for a portfolio of accounts

  • Resolve internal and external customer queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service/logistics

  • Strong English communication skills
