Job Overview

At YONDU INC., we are seeking a skilled Project Director to lead our project teams and drive the successful delivery of projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation schedules, and risk management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including programme sponsors, customers, and partners, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and that lessons learned are captured and implemented to improve future project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as IT, MIS, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills:
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and direct project teams to achieve their goals.
