Job Overview

This role is a key contributor to our project team.

Gathering information related to commercial construction projects is a critical component of this role. This includes identifying missing or conflicting scope details that may impact constructability.

Quantity takeoffs are also a crucial aspect of this position, requiring the ability to accurately measure materials and labor requirements for various components of a project.

Digital takeoffs using software such as planswift highlight the scope of work, allowing for more efficient estimation and planning.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the project management team to review and finalize takeoffs.

In addition to estimating experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD/Revit is highly desirable.
