Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization responsible for managing financial operations of energy storage projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Organize project documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, field orders, and contracts, ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulations.
  • Review and process financial records in S/4HANA (SAP), Primavera, Unifier, and other financial tools, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Track project budgets, costs, and monthly accruals, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reconcile capital vs. expense accounts under supervision, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Assist with vendor invoicing and payment coordination, ensuring seamless transactions and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Participate in project close-out activities and audit preparation, contributing to the organization's commitment to excellence and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of attention to detail, proactivity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficient in Excel with intermediate-level data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
