We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

">Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure quality and reliability of software products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios
  • Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test suites to validate software functionality
  • Utilize defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla to report and track issues
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines, integrating testing suites to support continuous delivery
  • Conduct API testing using tools like Karate to verify backend functionalities
  • Maintain and update automated test scripts to adapt to changes in software features
  • Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Contribute to improving testing processes and implementing best practices
  • Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across different environments and browsers
  • Support UAT and production release cycles, ensuring seamless deployment and minimal defects
  • Document test evidence and maintain traceability to requirements

You will work closely with our engineering team to deliver software testing best practices and contribute to the success of our company.

">Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in automation testing
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or TestNG
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
  • Experience with defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla

A combination of education and experience that demonstrates your ability to perform the essential functions of this role would be ideal.
