Guard Force Recruiter

This part-time recruiter position involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for security guard positions. As a key member of the team, you will develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Develop and implement tailored recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular updates on progress.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or staffing (security industry experience an advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

• Part-time, typically Thursday–Saturday 3pm–7pm, Sunday 2pm–6pm US Mountain Time - Monday to Friday (20 hours per week).
• 100% remote work arrangement.
