As a senior software engineer, you will be accountable for developing and deploying innovative features that transform our customers' lives daily. Our Employment Operating System is designed to disrupt the employment industry positively, enhancing the lives of business owners and entrepreneurs worldwide.

Our world-class Product and Engineering teams delivered nearly 1,000 new features last year. As one of our senior engineers, you will play a vital role in accelerating our product strategy.

This includes:

  • Driving your team to develop critical features for our customers. We primarily use Ruby, but we also offer training to ensure you're equipped with the necessary skills
  • Collaborating closely with our global team of designers, product managers, and UX specialists to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Writing automated tests for your production codes
  • Developing and maintaining key components of web applications
  • Conducting testing and code reviews for both yourself and your colleagues
  • Mentoring junior engineers within your squad
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly skilled software development expertise (typically 6+ years of experience)
  • Focus on server-side and RESTful API development and integration

  • Proven experience implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies
  • Strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
