Job Description

A Patient Services Representative plays a crucial role in addressing patient queries and concerns. This involves understanding patient needs by actively listening and interviewing, while coordinating information among patients, family members, medical personnel, and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls according to procedure and departmental standards, assisting patients with their queries and concerns, collecting patients' outstanding balances, and assisting third-party entities regarding patients' accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls in accordance with established procedures and standards.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient task completion.
  • Highly reliable and punctual, maintaining good attendance and adhering to scheduled breaks.
