Job Title: Material Planner

At Camel Appliances Manufacturing Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Material Planner to join our team. As a Material Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials and ensure that inventory levels do not fall below minimum thresholds.
  • Determine material requirements based on MRP files and ensure timely availability to support production schedules.
  • Ensure consistency and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
  • Create purchase orders for critical and insufficient stocks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules.
  • Oversee the supply and delivery of materials.
  • Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
  • Monitor daily production of plastic parts.
  • Update MRP based on Bill of Materials revisions and changes.
  • Create Production Orders in SAP Business One and update actual production output.
  • Coordinate with RM Warehouse, Production, and QC Personnel regarding production-related concerns.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP Business One and MRP systems.
