We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Growth Professional to join our team at mc2-villiarin accounting office. As a key member of our sales team, this individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our company, handling inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze account performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Reporting and Insights: Compile and present reports on account performance and client feedback, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in account management, sales, or a related role, demonstrating expertise in relationship building and business development.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex client situations and negotiate effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification of opportunities and challenges within client accounts.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in relevant industry applications an asset.
