Requirements
  1. Broad technical knowledge of M365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, Power Platform, and Exchange
  2. Minimum 3 years experience working with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, Function Apps, Azure Resource Management, and Azure Automation
  3. Minimum 3 years experience in managing technical teams in an M365 environment
  4. Ability to manage and mentor team members alongside technical workload
  5. Strong experience in requirements gathering, design and development of M365 solutions
  6. Knowledge of data classification, retention, data loss protection, and information rights management
  7. Expert knowledge of Powershell for management of M365 services
  8. Working knowledge of SharePoint Framework and related technologies
  9. Strong written and oral communication with the ability to provide training and present technical change to end users
  10. Working knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  11. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions
