In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely transaction recording in the general ledger, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). You will work closely with our team leader to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record financial transactions in the general ledger
  • Administer accounting tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage assigned duties with minimal supervision
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Create and update detailed operating procedures
  • Maintain alignment with SLAs
  • Familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Qualifications:

  • Open to recent graduates with a related Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Able to adapt to a night shift schedule with full on-site work arrangements for the first three months, followed by hybrid work
  • Knowledge of Service Recipient language as per Focus project requirement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision
  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken English
