We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Consultant to join our growing Enterprise segment. As a key member of our team, you will drive growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences and shaping our enterprise customer success strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts, fostering strong relationships and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with customers to measure and communicate the value of FlutterFlow, ensuring they understand and optimize their return on investment.
  • Monitor account health, proactively address concerns, and manage the renewal process to minimize churn.

You Will Thrive In This Role If

  • You have a proven track record of 3+ years in onboarding and managing enterprise accounts within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • You possess at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, providing insight on overall best practices and business value.
  • You have prior experience working with low-code/no-code platforms and translating technical aspects into clear business value.
