At Paramount Human Resources Multi-Purpose Cooperative, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to join our culinary team.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for setting up and stocking food items and other necessary supplies. You will prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. You will also cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using different cooking methods, such as grilling, frying, and sautéing.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality by following proper food handling and preparation procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies, ordering additional stock as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: 3+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Culinary Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
