Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned content leader to spearhead our production workflows, drive team efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. This position involves leading content tasks, projects, and processes to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking progress, coordinating with teams, and communicating updates. They will also maintain documentation, assign tasks, set deadlines, and conduct regular check-ins with editors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large teams, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment on goals
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination
  • Experience in collaborating with editorial, marketing, and cross-functional teams
