Job Title: Virtual Travel Concierge

We are seeking a diligent and resourceful Virtual Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter to oversee travel arrangements across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Coordination:
    • Book accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and others.
    • E nsure all bookings align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules.
    • Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
  • Team Development & Recruitment:
    • Identify potential individuals who can assist with travel bookings.
    • Promote the opportunity to work as a travel assistant under a commission-based model.
    • Onboard and guide new team members on how to effectively book trips using online travel agencies.
    • Track and manage performance, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction.

Compensation Structure:

  • Commission per successful booking.
  • Additional commission for every new team member recruited who completes bookings.
