Responsibilities
  • Manage remuneration reviews for Management and the Board of Directors, ensuring seamless execution and accurate documentation.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Board, Management, and departments, fostering collaboration and driving strategic outcomes.
  • Advise on governance matters, providing expert guidance to stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Prepare briefing notes, talking points, memos, and other documents for the Office of the President and Secretary.

As a key member of our team, you will also oversee election and appointment processes, manage salary reviews, and provide secretariat support to various committees.
