About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at PhilCentro Technologies, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Ticket Management: Effectively manage customer tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues in a logical and methodical approach.
  • Communication: Develop strong communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or IT-related field.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service tools (CRM Systems, ticketing systems).
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (Taglish proficiency is a plus).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software, and troubleshoot complex problems.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment and independently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
