Job Description

We are seeking an experienced English Teacher to join our team in Manila or Cebu. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for teaching English to employees with varying levels of proficiency.

The primary focus of this role is on Speaking skills, and we require an individual who can develop engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning needs.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the subject matter, and the ability to create a dynamic learning environment.

  • Develop learning materials: Research curriculum and study materials; Plan detailed, creative, and appropriate lessons for each student level.
  • Teaching: Conduct lessons according to the approved curriculum; Create a dynamic learning environment that encourages active student participation; Use diverse teaching methods to meet the learning needs of each individual; Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials (slides, exercises, games, etc.).
  • Assessing Students: Conduct tests and exercises to evaluate students' learning progress; Provide detailed feedback and develop improvement plans for each student.
  • Consulting Students: Advise on effective learning methods; Guide students about the English language.
  • Collaborating with Other Departments: Coordinate with the admissions consulting department to consult students; Coordinate with the management department to report teaching results.
Required Skills and QualificationsMust-Have Skills:
  • Graduated from a university majoring in English Pedagogy or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in teaching English (for Junior); 3 years for Mid.
  • Fluent English communication skills with accurate pronunciation.
  • Effective knowledge transmission skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in using computers and teaching support software.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Having international teaching certificates (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) would be a preference; preference for candidates with experience teaching engineers.
