We are looking for a skilled Sales Agent to join our team at Jianzin Safety Gears and Devices Trading. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of the company's offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Market Research and Strategy:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract new clients.
  • Provide feedback to management about customer needs and product improvements.
Reporting and Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation:
