Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our product and web engineering teams in agile environments. The successful candidate will drive fast and focused delivery while ensuring alignment and execution in operational tracks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for website and product teams.
  • Manage backlog grooming and sprint tracking in ClickUp.
  • Monitor sprint velocity and timelines, and identify and resolve blockers in real time.
  • Serve as the liaison between product, engineering, and design to ensure clarity and cohesion.
  • Foster continuous improvement by refining agile processes and team rituals.
  • Coordinate high-priority projects for marketing, clinical ops, customer experience, and operations.
  • Work with department leads to scope projects, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and define success metrics.
  • Ensure visibility and accountability across all project stakeholders using ClickUp for planning and Slack for coordination.
  • Flag risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive consistent follow-through across teams.
  • Provide visibility into team capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines to the leadership team.
  • Champion a culture of clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proven track record of managing both technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep familiarity with ClickUp and Slack as daily operating tools.
