The IWG Partners Reporting team plays a vital role in ensuring timely submission of accurate reports to our partners. As a Financial Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing accounting, reporting, and operational activities within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and submission of accurate partner reports
  • Review and elimination of unforeseen financial risks
  • Completion of accounting entries, recharges, and reconciliations by specified deadlines

You will also review landlord and partner agreements, translate them into landlord/partner reports, and initiate auditor engagements for agreed-upon procedures.

Qualifications
  • Experience in financial reporting in a multinational PLC environment
  • Finance and accounting analysis experience within a shared service environment
  • Dealing with professional teams in a multinational shared services environment
  • Strong relationships with peers, Finance Leaders, and stakeholders
  • At least 6 years' experience in Finance and Accounting
  • Good knowledge in using MS Excel
  • Strong command in English – both oral and written
