Job Description

Digital Operations & Listings Specialists play a pivotal role in the success of our business, handling various tasks such as report creation, listing optimisation and issue resolution.

  • Create detailed reports on listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates and booking trends.
  • Compare performance against previous months/years to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse reservations, account development and Airbnb quality scores to provide actionable insights.
  • Compile findings into clear and concise reports to facilitate data-driven decision making.
  • Manage suspended listings, complaints and appeals on Airbnb and Booking.com platforms.
  • Resolve listing errors in Guesty, Airbnb and Booking.com by addressing issues with amenities, descriptions, images and automated messages.
  • Establish and optimize new listings by configuring content, pricing, images and co-host onboarding.
  • Ensure all listings are accurately tracked in Monday.com.
  • Design and update floor plans, maps and marketing materials using creative tools like Illustrator and Canva.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with Airbnb, Booking.com and ideally Guesty platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
  • Ability to create and optimize listings, as well as resolve complex issues.
  • Comfortable managing escalated situations, suspensions and appeals.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and resourceful approach to work.
  • Experience in short-term rental property management.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Illustrator, Canva and RoomSketcher.
  • Knowledge of pricing optimization and platform integrations.
