As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will develop and implement compliance programs, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT), and experience working with auditors, regulators, and vendors. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to foster a culture of compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or IT governance.
  • Expertise in risk assessments, incident management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT) and IT governance best practices.
