Key Responsibilities:

As a Cost Accountant at CEAMSA ASIA INC., you will be responsible for collecting and organizing cost information to determine product costing. This involves developing and maintaining standard costs of finished goods and production components, reviewing and analyzing actual production costs versus budget/standard, and recommending changes and improvements.

Additional Responsibilities:

Plan budgets and prepare actual expenses monthly, providing analysis and insights. Prepare cost forecasts for monthly or annual operating schedules, maintaining and improving processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation. Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors affecting prices and profitability of products. Analyze month-end and year-end reports to identify and recommend cost-effective improvements. Forecasts and prepares profit margins and analyzes trends. Prepares various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information. Conducts monthly physical inventory of finished goods and raw materials, properly accounting for the movement of inventory. Makes estimates of new and proposed product costs.
