The Paid Media Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring ads are set up accurately, client communications are prompt, and campaign documentation is seamless.

About the Role
  • This position involves assisting in setting up ads across self-service platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
  • The successful candidate will prepare proofs, screenshots, and review documents for client and internal approval.
  • They will manage internal and client-facing email correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Collaboration with team members is key to optimizing campaigns and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Additionally, the Paid Media Assistant will provide ongoing support to the marketing team with reporting and performance insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat; Google Ads a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in creating structured documentation (proofs, screenshots, campaign records).
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to work flexible hours and stay responsive in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with additional ad platforms or marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment.
  • An analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance metrics.
