Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to manage mortgage processes from the comfort of their own home, with opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pre-credit loan processing tasks, including data entry, valuations, and post-settlement support.
  • Conduct retention pricing of existing client book.
  • Prepare servicing calculators for brokers.
  • Send welcome emails and initial data requests to new clients.
  • Enter data for new clients and update existing client records.
  • Request, index, and organize supporting documents, identifying missing items.
  • Request pricing discounts from lenders and order valuations.
  • Organize property reports and prepare broker tools like Quickli, strategy sheets, and loan options mud maps.
  • Draft lender application notes and support brokers with lender option prep.
  • Call lenders for updates and assist with post-settlement loan account summaries.
  • Prepare detailed post-settlement breakdowns for clients.
  • Assist in preparing and managing discharge forms for settlements.
