Job Title: Influencer Collaboration Specialist

This is a full-time, remote role that requires a high level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns at once. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with influencers, launching campaigns, and ensuring that partnerships drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify top influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators and ensure campaigns stay within budget
  • Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to continually optimize efforts
  • Maintain and grow a database of high-performing influencers and audience insights
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to support product launches and brand initiatives

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar digital marketing role
  • Strong English communication and copywriting skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
