Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• At least HS/SHS Graduate / 2nd-year college completed and up
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of call center experience
• High School Graduate (old curriculum) - at least solid 2 years of call center experience
