The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading impactful training programs and improving delivery efficiency. You will also have advanced knowledge of performance metrics, analytics, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overarching strategy for training and operational excellence.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Track KPIs and analyze employee performance data to measure the impact of training programs.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and advocate for training investments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in training, learning & development, or operational excellence roles.
- Proven track record of leading impactful training programs and improving delivery efficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of performance metrics, analytics, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology, Education or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
