High-Performance Graphic Design Role

As a skilled Senior Graphic Designer, you will focus on crafting engaging visual content that drives results for our brand. Your mission is to create high-performance creative assets that meet our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform ideas and product shots into compelling visual content for social media platforms.
  • Utilize AI image tools to generate scenes, remove or replace elements, match lighting, and ensure product accuracy.
  • Develop disciplined creative testing sets, including 8-12 new concepts per week, with 30-40 variants each.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on hypothesis development, brief creation, and rapid iteration, using data insights to inform decisions.
  • Maintain a refined aesthetic while prioritizing performance-driven design.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years dedicated to performance creatives for DTC/ecommerce.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, with strong photo-manipulation and lighting realism skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI image/gen-edit tools for production work.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful ads that drove metric improvements.
  • Strong typography, negative space, and premium brand sensibility.
  • Process discipline, including batching, version control, and naming conventions.
