About the Role


The Route Settlement Processor will be responsible for the end-to-end management and recording of shipments and execution of various activities.


This is a fixed-term contract of 6 months with opportunities to contribute to our team's success.


Main Responsibilities



  • Ensure coding completeness and closing of load transactions.
  • Analyze transactions in the system and prepare reconciliation per sales routes.
  • Validate and make adjustments to be effected in the system, aligned to company policy.
  • Report daily shortages and deviations and prepare settlement deviation reports.
  • Ensure SAP's General Ledger balance and Sales system Ledger are reconciled.
  • Perform analysis and control of settlement documents and conduct immediate resolution from concerned party or function if needed.
  • Ensure timelines and completeness in the submission of settlement reports.
  • Ensure proper storage of collections and reconciliation documents.
  • Ensure that all Delivery Documents are properly collected in online storage and kept on record.
  • Communicate with the immediate superior on any issues or concerns regarding route settlement.

Requirements



  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course.
  • Minimum 1 year administrative and/or logistics experience.
  • SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule and overtime on Saturdays.
  • Hybrid work setup, 2x-3x a week onsite. Office is located in Quezon City.
  • Fixed Term Contract of 6 Months.
  • Ability to start immediately is an advantage.
