Senior Collector

This is a senior role designed for experienced professionals who can oversee and manage the entire billing and accounts receivable process. The ideal candidate will prepare and review invoices, monitor accounts receivable aging reports, and manage the collection process to ensure timely receipt of payments.

The successful candidate will also reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address any billing issues promptly. They will develop effective strategies for improving the billing and collection process, coordinate with internal departments, and analyze financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable.
