Senior Game Design Leader

A seasoned game designer who pays close attention to detail and strives for excellence.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to ensure project design meets high standards.
  • They must have extensive knowledge of free-to-play and casual level design and be able to work independently and collaboratively.

The successful candidate will provide feedback to the level design team, suggest engaging ideas for existing projects, and work closely with the Design team to create new content across all projects within the studio.

  • Responsibilities include reviewing and revising levels, tuning levels based on analytics, and working with a team of Level Designers.
  • The Senior Game Design Leader will also design obstacles and game features with the Design Team.

Key qualifications required for this role include at least 2+ years as a Lead Game Designer or similar role on casual, puzzle, or free-to-play games, experience in Unity 3D, and experience developing games across all platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership and conflict resolution skills, be attentive to detail, and have a strong will to learn and improve.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing games across all platforms – this includes mobile, console, and PC.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work well both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Agile development methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge in project management tools, including but not limited to: JIRA, GreenHopper, Confluence, Excel, etc.
